From the 15/12/2025 the institution “ATENEO VENETO DI SCIENZE, LETTERE E ARTI ETS ” (rep. n. 158803; C.F. 80010450270) is registered in the section “ALTRI ENTI DEL TERZO SETTORE” del Registro Unico Nazionale del Terzo Settore (RUNTS), ai sensi dell’articolo 22 del D. Lgs. del 3 luglio 2017 n. 117 e degli articoli 17 e 34, comma 7 del Decreto Ministeriale n. 106 del 15/09/2020. L’Ateneo Veneto, has the legal form of an association recognised and carries out its activities according to the principles of tranparency and democracy. As indicated in its Statute, it is governed by its Members’ Assembly, Academic Council composed of the Presidential Committee (President, Vice-president, Academic Secretary, Treasurer, Delegate of Special Affairs), by twelve Academic Councillors and by an administrative body (three Auditors and a substitute Auditor). Other institutional roles are the Curator of the Archives, the Librarian, the Curator of Art Collections, the  Scientific Director of the Ateneo Veneto Magazine and the Proto della Fabbrica.
